When life gives you lemons.....

Slice them, squeeze them, freeze them, use them to flavour water, lemonade or gin. We have the most beautiful lemon tree in the garden thriving in its location beneath the main terrace. The tree is so mature that it extends up to terrace level and allows for picking straight from the open kitchen doors. Initially, we used them in drinks and made ice cubes but more recently we've experimented with lemon curd and lemon sorbet. If you're staying in the summer when the lemons are green then try a lemon out of the freezer or use one of our home made lemon ice cubes in your drink!
